RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every part of your VitaminsFuel experience. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns for exchanges within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is defective or arrived damaged.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned items are subject to inspection. If the product does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. Perishable goods and opened supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.


PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for any exchange. We are unable to process exchanges without it.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. We do not refund original shipping fees. Please package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit. Products returned in a damaged or used condition beyond normal inspection may not be accepted.
